For more than 25 years, Cindy Frederick Fulton has been serving as the founder and executive director of Star Equestrians. She holds certifications as a therapeutic riding instructor and occupational therapist assistant, and is passionate about providing a safe and empowering environment for all kids to learn about horses and themselves!
My Story
I got my first pony at the age of 6. He was a black and white paint and his name was scout! He taught me about perseverence! Horses have been a part of most of my life! I founded Star Equestrians and officially opened - June of 1998. This year we celebrated 25 years of providing equine experiences to our surrounding communities.

Star Equestrians is a premier farm that specializes in therapeutic (adapted) riding lessons, able bodied riding lessons, Horsemanship lessons, balanced riding, and The Horsemanship Writing Cub. Our mission is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for students of all ages and abilities to learn and grow. With a focus on horsemanship, we strive to empower our riders to develop confidence, strength, and a deep connection with our amazing horses.
